Nor’easter Forty Miles Offshore

Above the water bed, a conch's curvaceous pinks enameled into privacy— "for the openings of the body are all mystical openings"— dithyrambs erupting out of drunken bacchanalias two millennia ago slowly rubbed away by nostalgia for the illegible—this evening's doppler radar a tentacular cloud pinwheeling across the screen to inspire in us erotic dread—remnants from last season's storm caught in that ukiyo-e print where ghostly threads stream down on figures huddled beside a cliff—
