Tiger Fugu

The poison you carry in your eyesand gonads makes you desirable.Like an asteroid covered with spines,you drift silently through the cold, dark blue.When you swim, it is by a balance of forces,and the ghost of a small balloonpuffs its way through an air of water. Being unafraid of predators, you are easyto catch, but rare. Your great worthis silently debated at auctionby the unseen pressure of a buyer's fingersunder the dark blue sleeve of the auctioneer.   Two men are in love with a geisha.As the sun rises, she walks alone along the docks,and buys two fresh tiger fugu.Calling the men separately to her room,she gives each of them a knife and a fish.They are told to go home and cleanthe tiger fugu, but not very well,since she will feed it to their rival. That night, the men are surprised to findone another in her room. A lacquered tablehas been set with sake, a blue plate,and two pairs of chopsticks.
